Built on the Watts Innovations PRISM X8 airframe, the RMUS LiDAR Mapper Drone (U.S. Made) features the Emesent Hovermap Autonomy Level 0/”Mapping Mode” LiDAR mapping system but can accommodate nearly every LiDAR payload on the market under 25 pounds/11.25 kilograms. The highly flexible PRISM X8 platform has no geofencing restrictions and is an ideal solution for individuals and entities that cannot utilize Chinese-made UAS. Emesent Hovermap LiDAR System

The Emesent Hovermap LiDAR system is a smart mobile scanning unit which can be mounted to a drone to provide autonomous mapping in challenging inaccessible areas. Hovermap is not only for drone use, its flexible design allows it to be used for walking, vehicle or backpack mounted scans. Equally capable above ground or underground, indoors or out, Hovermap is your complete mobile LiDAR mapping solution.


The Emesent Hovermap is available in three (3) configurations: Autonomy Level 0/ “Mapping Mode”; Autonomy Level 1/ “Pilot Assist Mode”; and Autonomy Level 2/“Autonomous Waypoints.”

Watts Innovations PRISM

The Watts Innovations PRISM can be flown in either a traditional quadcopter or coaxial X8 configuration, giving it a payload capability of up to twenty-five (25) pounds. The platform includes a patent-pending Propulsion ID technology so that it can detect and automatically configure the autopilot for flight no matter what kind of propulsion system is installed.


The PRISM’s foldable design fits easily into the included hard case for quick deployments. Each arm can be removed by adjusting only two bolts, allowing for the Remote Pilot(s) to easily switch between X8/quadcopter configurations or to swap out damaged arms.


The PRISM’s integrated 12mm rail system gives operators the freedom to mount just about any

power source, isolation damper, accessory, or payload imaginable on either the top or the bottom of the aircraft with ease.


The PRISM is built around the powerful Cube Flight Controller, the world’s largest and most trusted open-source autopilot system on the market. Operators and organizations will enjoy the freedom of flying without the hassle of no-fly zones, altitude restrictions, or data tracking of any kind.


The PRISM also includes a high definition FPV camera and is designed, manufactured, assembled, and supported in the USA.
