RMUS provides premier level service.  Each RMUS package sold includes Fleet Support Lite.   If you did not purchase your equipment from RMUS, you can still purchase technical support:

 

• System Diagnostics with RMUS Drone Technician
• Troubleshooting systems issues
• By appointment only. Needs to be scheduled in advance.
• May involve video conference or system returns to RMUS

RMUS ensures that all technical issues are handled directly by an RMUS Customer Service Agent and/or Manufacturer Certified Technician, which can be reached via email or phone 7 days a week.  Access to basic online support video catalog (not portal). Dedicated phone number and tech support email.

We partnered with the industry leader in flight data software, Airdata, to provide our customers with a complete solution for UAS fleet management.   Our technicians create and log, a base-line maintenance inspection prior to aircraft leaving our facility. They also enter aircraft and pilots into the Airdata software and calibrate maintenance alerts suggested by the manufacturers
