The RMUS approach:

1. Listen to clients requirements and pain points.
2. Identify vendors who can provide hardware, software, accessories, cases, etc -- the full solution.
3. Work with vendor's to demonstrate product uses.  We acquire demo unit's ourselves and test for quality, usability, portability and satisfying the needs of the intended use case.
4. Once we have finished our product vetting - RMUS President, JT VonLunen, will meet the vendor management team, tour production facilities and cover the requirements our clients have for product support.  We foster open communications with our clients and vendors.
5. Once the solution gets put to use, but we continue to refine our clients' experience once products are being used by customers
